Bought workout plan is not available


My problem is the following.
I bought an workout plan in the free app. Then I decided that I want to start with the pro app.
But the bought plan don’t appear in the pro app, only in the free app.

I followed the tip from the FAQ to sync both apps, with no effect.

Any ideas?
