Hello! I’m looking to convert over to this gym tracking app (my previous one wasn’t doing so great) and I was wondering if there was a function that would allow me to create my own training plan and the scheduled workouts. I couldn’t seem to find anything that might suggest it was possible.
Love the idea, but unfortunately that’s not yet possible, in the sense of creating a plan with say 100 days and then tracking the percentage progress on your 100 days.
However, you can schedule workouts, of course, and as the app learns your workouts, you can automatically use old workouts as a template for new workouts you start (or schedule).
