In the workout, tap the “
Share” button:
Then, you can share the workout, for example using iMessage:
This will share a link to the workout with your partner, it looks like this: https://gymhero.me/@jannis/workouts/knasttraining/e4585e76837a4cdf85ed1bd011989bbb
If they open the link on an iOS device with Gym Hero installed, it will either open the workout in Gym Hero and ask if it should be imported, or it will show the workout in the browser with an “open in Gym Hero” link sitting on the very top of the page (they might have to scroll up):
