How do I transfer my data from the free to the pro app?

Unfortunately the problem persists. The imbalance between browser, free app, and pro app is still there. Not to mention the pro app only registered 6 workouts (said 73 then) since my last post when actually there have been 11 (as counted in the list of completed workouts since July 8.

Hi all, there was a bunch of bugs that prevented workouts from being synced to our cloud properly :scream: I fixed a lot of them, you can see how the error rates dropped last night (August 7 12:00AM):

So all, please sync again and let me know if you see your workouts on gymhero.me/@yourusername and in the free/pro apps on your phone. The problem of undeletable workouts should also be gone :man_facepalming:

It would be great if you could let me know if it works (or doesn’t) for you, now.

Still having the same problem. Free app has 125 workouts, fitty.co has 83, pro app has 80. Gymhero.me doesn’t have my latest workout listed but fitty.co and both apps do. :grimacing:

:thinking: well that’s not what I wanted to hear - if it’s not too private, can you share the workout with jannis@gmail.com via iMessage or email? I’d love to get the bottom of this. Sorry for the troubles, and a BIG THANK YOU for helping debug this!

Thanks for sending that in, I think I found the problem. Your profile now shows all workouts, right? If so, please let me know. Then I will implement a fix for this problem (I manually applied it to your profile only so far).

Sadly no - the pro app (92), free app (134), and fitty.co (95) are still showing different totals :confused:

Hey, I still have all my duplicate workouts. Is there anyway you can run an update to clear them out rather than me having to do them manually?

Hi there. Just upgraded to Pro and can’t get any of my 388 workouts to sync. Please help.

Sorry, I tried everything listed here but it does not sync from the free to the pro version. When I try to restore updates in the free version, it says that there are no purchases… My ID is zfit.

I finally switched to the pro version! One problem: out of the 639 workouts I’ve logged in my free version, only 89 transfer to the pro app. I hope you guys can help me out, it would be a bummer to lose all of this data.

Ok, so suddenly today out of the blue instead of 89 it now shows 1187 in both apps. I checked and it duplicated some workouts. That’s fine I’ll just delete the duplicates! Thanks if you guys did something.

Edit: I am scared that if I delete the duplicates, I’ll delete all copies. So I’ll wait for now.
