Meaning of colors in Heatmap

Hi Team, what is the meaning of colors on the Heatmap? The picture show the complete body with different colors. For example: On my picture the back is red and the chest is green…???

I believe it’s a heat map of the muscle groups worked. For instance, today I did my Back and Biceps workout. My front picture has my arms red and in the back picture, my whole back and shoulder area is red. Everything else is dark.
