Hello! I was curious if there was a feature to modify the exercises based on their purpose in order to recall the “Last Time” weights properly? For example, if I am doing heavy squats for 6 sets x 3 reps@ 225 lbs., but then later in the week doing a more focused hytrophy set of 3 sets x 15 reps @ 135 lbs. Then the following week when I go back to my “Last Time” weights, it will be my hytrophy sets and weights, when I really want to compare them to my “heavy” sets and weights. Please let me know if this needs clarification.
Modifier for “Rep” differences
Hey Jack, I think the easiest way to do this would be to call one exercise “Squats (heavy)”, the other “Squats (hytrophy)” and then in the settings just map both to the muscle group legs. That way you’d achieve the effect you want. Would that work for you?
