I’ve attempted to purchase/re-purchase the PHAT program about 10 times and it just hangs up after stating that the purchase is successful. I had no issue with the other programs. Please provide a fix or a refund. Thanks.

Hi @wpboud1 Sorry for the delayed response. I’ll check what’s going on with the PHAT plan. Didn’t have any problems downloading it so we’ll have to see what’s going on. Did the purchase go through and di you receive a receipt from Apple?

@wpboud1 yeah, we couldn’t be much slower with our responses! We’re just two guys running this in our spare time next to job and family, so it sometimes takes a while. On the upside, Gym Hero is quite affordable (and still around after 8 years, as opposed to other “free” apps that have vanished since). But yeah, it sucks when we’re this slow. Apologies!
Anyways, I just wanted to give you a heads up that even though the app hung up without activating your purchased workout routine, you probably did get charged. We just pushed the 2.27 update which fixes that bug, so you can now tap “restore purchases” to activate your plan. If you didn’t angrily delete the app yet, which we’d understand.
