Pro account not loading, support email bounced back

Purchased a pro account quite a while back but when I tried using the timer function today on the app it said I had to pay extra $1.99 (which I paid). I thought pro unlocked all functionality. Can you help me understand what’s happening? Also, when I clicked the email this issue, the email bounced back as undeliverable
Love the app but don’t want to pay for things twice.
