New to pro - need help!

Hi guys, just upgraded to pro version. May I know how do you create and save your routines? Also, how do you access the timer function?
Any tips or help is much appreciated!

thanks for purchasing Gym Hero Pro! We hope it will be a useful tool for you in the years to come.

What do you mean with workout routines? The routine of a single day or something like a training plan spanning multiple weeks (and workouts)? If it’s the former, you don’t have to define them - just log as you go, and Gym Hero will learn your workouts automatically so you can use them as templates for later workouts.

About the timer: Check out How do I open the timer/stopwatch? (created this just now :slight_smile: )

Workout routines referring to the likes of those that we can purchase. i.e. I want to start a P90X program with chest& back days; shoulders days etc.

Love this feature, care to add it as a feature request? :slight_smile:
