Weight tracking (strength workouts)

I really like the app and how easy it is to use.

The app seems good for tracking your workouts - and weights - but it doesn’t look like there’s any way to then report on what you did for a specific movement?

For example - one day I do barbell back squat, 10 (reps) x 25kg, 8 x 30 kg, 6 x 35 kg, 4 x 40kg and 2 x 45 kg.

What I would like to do then is look at my backsquat and see:

  1. a history of total volume over each sessions
  2. my max RMs (eg my current 5RM is 38kg)
  3. a percentage calculator - eg based on your 5RM, 80% of this is X amount (this is used mostly when doing olympic training)

I really like the stats page you have - I would just like it better if I could actually see stats on each lift that I do repeatedly.

Sorry if I have missed something that already exists!
