Level 2 of the 100 sit ups challenge builds on Level 1 and will bring you closer to the goal of 100 sit ups. You can directly jump into this plan if you are able to do at least 18 sit ups at a time.
Each workout day will be a little more challenging and in the end, you will be able to continue with Level 3.
