How do I transfer my data from the free to the pro app?

Reinstalled the app but still nothing. Strange because when I check on my account (with the same username and password) on fitty the workouts are there.

I have also tried all steps as described above, unfortunately I can not get my two purchased training plans in the Pro version.
Please help to smooth this out.

Also at… I can’t see my purchased Trainings-plans!

Hey @jose-pedro, we’ve fixed this bug - can you try if your plans show up, and if they don’t can you try following the instructions here and let us know how that went? Thanks!

Can you please create an account in the free version and log into pro afterwards. That should sync the purchased plan from free to pro.

I just purchased the pro version, and i know this seems silly cause its so few, but only six of my 9 workouts have synched. I’ve followed the steps indicated several times and those three workouts are still missing. Please let me know if there is something i need to do to help them sync.

Hi @b-phoenix-adler ! Please go back to the free version, open the settings and hit ‘sync’ in the upper right corner again. Afterwards open pro and do the same.

I did thar several times and eventualy i gave up. Ive deleted the old free app bc i dont hsve space for both on my phone. Nee year anyways. Thanx

Hmm, hopefully the workouts got synced before deleting the free version. If not, do you remember 3 missing workouts so you could re-enter them? You can change time and date to put them in the right order in your workout history.

Hey Meryl, that’s odd - can you send us a screenshot of your account page in Gym Hero Pro and Gym Hero free to make sure it’s properly set to the same user? Did your workouts and other settings sync from free to pro?

I just upgraded to the pro app and only about half of my workouts synced. I have tried the steps above a few times but it hasn’t helped. I haven’t tried removing either app as I don’t want to lose this data. Strangely the free app (114 workouts), the pro app (69 workouts), and (73 workouts) are all different. Any ideas?

Hey @littlenetworker, can you please try again? Our sync service was a bit slow the last weeks and we have fixed some things! Sorry for the trouble

Unfortunately the problem persists. The imbalance between browser, free app, and pro app is still there. Not to mention the pro app only registered 6 workouts (said 73 then) since my last post when actually there have been 11 (as counted in the list of completed workouts since July 8.

Hi all, there was a bunch of bugs that prevented workouts from being synced to our cloud properly :scream: I fixed a lot of them, you can see how the error rates dropped last night (August 7 12:00AM):

So all, please sync again and let me know if you see your workouts on and in the free/pro apps on your phone. The problem of undeletable workouts should also be gone :man_facepalming:

It would be great if you could let me know if it works (or doesn’t) for you, now.

Still having the same problem. Free app has 125 workouts, has 83, pro app has 80. doesn’t have my latest workout listed but and both apps do. :grimacing:

:thinking: well that’s not what I wanted to hear - if it’s not too private, can you share the workout with via iMessage or email? I’d love to get the bottom of this. Sorry for the troubles, and a BIG THANK YOU for helping debug this!

Thanks for sending that in, I think I found the problem. Your profile now shows all workouts, right? If so, please let me know. Then I will implement a fix for this problem (I manually applied it to your profile only so far).
